WestCAT is a transportation system that began in April of 2013. The first of it's kind in the area, WestCAT is a coordinated transportation project with a number of partners.

City of New Carlisle
Mad River Township
Village of Enon
Developmental Disabilities of Clark County
Clark County-Springfield TCC
Ohio Department of Transportation
Federal Transit Administration
The project is funded in part by Federal Transit Administration's Job Access Reverse Commute grant and a combination of non-DOT local funds.
Additional coordination goals are achieved with cooperation from the City of Springfield, Springfield City Area Transit, Greene County Transit Board and GreeneCATS.
WestCAT services are open to the public.
